We suggest that you do organize the best you can before submitting your initial information, but always keep in mind that after you have initially submitted content, you will receive a Web Site Proof for your review. After you receive this, you have an opportunity to make changes and further provide and/or refine content, and can also submit artwork at this revision opportunity.
Yes. If you would like images added to your site, or to specific pages, just make note of this on your order form. Our professional designers have a large image library from which to search and find images that will support your site and its content, including the custom-designed header image that they will build for you if no direction or content is provided for that piece of your site.
All standard file formats can be accepted and our professional design team can then change formats and optimize for best on line performance and display of the images you provide. Standard art format examples are: JPG, TIFF, PNG, and GIF. Keep in mind also, that our Customer Support Team will be reviewing your order, and art file formats are one of the key things that they will check up front.
Normally, within 7 days after completing the content collection, an email will be sent to you with a link where the draft site can be reviewed for approval or revision.
There are two stages for revisions.
1st Stage: Pre-publishing Revision
Upon completion of your initial web site design, you will receive an Approval Notification email, with a link to your web site “proof.” The Proof site is only available temporarily through that link, to be used for the revision/approval process. After you review this draft of your website, you will be able to submit revisions to the site that will take place before your site published to the web. This one pre-published revision is free of charge.
2nd Stage: Post-publishing Revisions
Up to three revisions are available, per year, with the standard package. A revision would be considered changes made within the existing pages, or the addition of new content or pages. After your website is published, you can request one of these revisions by contacting your Sales Rep or our Customer Service Representative
